For the Supply of Permanent Employees on a
Non-exclusive Contingency Basis
Fee will be equivalent to 15% of
the total annual remuneration
will be based on the first years Basic Remuneration of the
Candidate as defined above.
Payment will be due upon the making of an offer by the Client
and the commencement of a position by the Candidate.
The interviewing of an applicant introduced by us will
be deemed an acceptance by the client of these Terms Of Business
and an agreement to pay our fees should an engagement result
within a 12 month period. If the client or a member of the
client’s staff refer a candidate introduced by us to some
other person or body, and that person or body engages the
candidate in any capacity within 12 months the client will
be liable for an introduction fee at the prevailing rate.
Introductions are confidential. To pass them on to any
party resulting in an engagement renders the client to whom
the introduction was first made liable to pay our fee as if
they had engaged the applicant

No fees are charged unless an applicant introduced by
us is engaged. Clients should notify us immediately an applicant
introduced by us is engaged. When such an applicant is engaged
our fees are calculated as a percentage of the applicants
commencing gross taxable rate of annual remuneration according
to the pay scale set out above. Our invoice will be raised
on the day the applicant commences the engagement and must
be paid within seven days of that date. No fees are charged
to applicants we have no "relevant contract" with
them as defined in section 38 Finance Act (No. 2) 1975.
Advertising placed by us for the benefit of Clients and
payable wholly or partially by ourselves, shall be at our
discretion. Advertising charged to the client shall be as
agreed and payable in advance of publication
Interest may be charged at the discretion of the company,
on invoices outstanding more than one calendar month at
rate of 1% a month calculated on the balance outstanding.
In addition clients will note that the refund guarantee
to in the following paragraph only operates in respect of
invoices paid within 30 days of invoice date.
Any variation of these terms must be in writing signed
by the party to be charged to be effective.
Should the applicant be dismissed or leave within 4
weeks of commencing the engagement the fee will be refunded
Should the applicant be dismissed or leave after the expiration
of 4 weeks but within 8 weeks of commencing the engagement
50% of the fee will be refunded. Should the applicant be
dismissed or leave after the expiration of 8 weeks but within
of commencing the engagement 25% of the fee will be refunded.
Should the client re-engage the applicant within 3 months
of the applicant being dismissed or leaving no refund shall
apply. Any refund is conditional upon our being notified
writing of the fact of the applicant being dismissed or leaving
within 1 week of that event and upon our invoice having
paid within the 30 day period above.
Whilst every effort is made to maintain a high standard
of integrity and provide an efficient service, we cannot accept
any liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused arising
from the introduction of an applicant, not from any statement
or representation made by or on behalf of ourselves or any
applicant. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the introduction
of an applicant and the selection of an applicant is the clients
exclusive responsibility. We recommend clients to make all
offers subject to satisfactory references which they should
take up directly and verify to their own satisfaction all
statements made by or on behalf of any applicant, in particular
ensuring that any qualifications or medical requirements,
which may be required by law or otherwise are satisfied
