our Fees explained
 

We pride ourselves on our honest, straight forward approach to recruitment and this is reflected in our easy to understand fee structure

For Permanent Recruitment:

  • if we work in competition that is a non-exclusive contingency basis you will be charged 15% of annual base salary
  • there will be no hidden charges for company bonuses, car allowances or indeed any other benefits. Just simple easy to understand fair and affordable service.

 

Rebates and Guarantees:

  • in the very rare occurrence of a candidate leaving your employment within a 12 week period we will either guarantee to find you a replacement at no cost or refund your fee according to the refund guarantee detailed below.

Payment of our Fee:

  • our invoice is raised on the candidate start date and is payable within 30 days of the invoice date - the terms of our refund guarantee is contingent on our receiving payment within 30days of the invoice date.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
For the Supply of Permanent Employees on a
Non-exclusive Contingency Basis

Our Fee will be equivalent to 15% of the total annual remuneration

Fees will be based on the first years Basic Remuneration of the Candidate as defined above.
Payment will be due upon the making of an offer by the Client and the commencement of a position by the Candidate.

Commitment
The interviewing of an applicant introduced by us will be deemed an acceptance by the client of these Terms Of Business and an agreement to pay our fees should an engagement result within a 12 month period. If the client or a member of the client’s staff refer a candidate introduced by us to some other person or body, and that person or body engages the candidate in any capacity within 12 months the client will be liable for an introduction fee at the prevailing rate.

Confidentiality
Introductions are confidential. To pass them on to any party resulting in an engagement renders the client to whom the introduction was first made liable to pay our fee as if they had engaged the applicant

Payment of the Fee
No fees are charged unless an applicant introduced by us is engaged. Clients should notify us immediately an applicant introduced by us is engaged. When such an applicant is engaged our fees are calculated as a percentage of the applicants commencing gross taxable rate of annual remuneration according to the pay scale set out above. Our invoice will be raised on the day the applicant commences the engagement and must be paid within seven days of that date. No fees are charged to applicants we have no "relevant contract" with them as defined in section 38 Finance Act (No. 2) 1975.

Advertising
Advertising placed by us for the benefit of Clients and payable wholly or partially by ourselves, shall be at our discretion. Advertising charged to the client shall be as agreed and payable in advance of publication

Interest
Interest may be charged at the discretion of the company, on invoices outstanding more than one calendar month at the rate of 1% a month calculated on the balance outstanding. In addition clients will note that the refund guarantee referred to in the following paragraph only operates in respect of invoices paid within 30 days of invoice date.

Variation
Any variation of these terms must be in writing signed by the party to be charged to be effective.

Refund Guarantee
Should the applicant be dismissed or leave within 4 weeks of commencing the engagement the fee will be refunded in full. Should the applicant be dismissed or leave after the expiration of 4 weeks but within 8 weeks of commencing the engagement 50% of the fee will be refunded. Should the applicant be dismissed or leave after the expiration of 8 weeks but within 12 weeks of commencing the engagement 25% of the fee will be refunded. Should the client re-engage the applicant within 3 months of the applicant being dismissed or leaving no refund shall apply. Any refund is conditional upon our being notified in writing of the fact of the applicant being dismissed or leaving within 1 week of that event and upon our invoice having been paid within the 30 day period above.

Limitations
Whilst every effort is made to maintain a high standard of integrity and provide an efficient service, we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused arising from the introduction of an applicant, not from any statement or representation made by or on behalf of ourselves or any applicant. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the introduction of an applicant and the selection of an applicant is the clients exclusive responsibility. We recommend clients to make all offers subject to satisfactory references which they should take up directly and verify to their own satisfaction all statements made by or on behalf of any applicant, in particular ensuring that any qualifications or medical requirements, which may be required by law or otherwise are satisfied

These Terms are effective from December 1st, 2008 and replace all previous terms issued.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
For the Supply of Temporary Employees on a
Non-exclusive Contingency Basis

Our Fee (Introductory) will be equivalent to 15% of the total remuneration for the agreed period of employment. If the period of employment is extended additional invoices will be generated to cover this extension. Should the applicant join the employer on a full time basis our normal Terms Of Business for Permanent Employment will apply and an invoice will be generated less Fees already paid; if this figure exceeds the value of our Fee for a permanent placement no invoice will be generated.

Should the applicant be dismissed or leave within the period of the engagement the fee will be refunded on a weekly pro rata basis. For example based on a typical 3-month contract (13 weeks) should the candidate leave on the fifth week a total of eight weeks will be refunded.
