Our client a small, privately funded UK company designing innovative products for the music industry. They are currently experiencing a period of unprecedented growth and are now expanding it's small team of enthusiastic software engineers/programmers including the need for another Web Developer/Systems Administrator.
They need your excellent Web development and Systems Administration skills, ideally gained in a Linux/Mac OSX environment. You will be working as part of a highly skilled, highly qualified team (1st class Degrees, PhD's etc.) responsible for the companies Linux Servers.
You will also develop the companies Intranet, work with the Web Designers and assist in the Development of the companies website and e-commerce systems.
You will also be involved in the implementation of VoIP Servers and VPN connections using open source solutions. (This company is committed to the Open Source initiative).
