It should be a major success story but reception is patchy so celebrations today are muted. Unfortunately only "cop out" bears any resemblance to what's happening on London's airwaves Choice FM 96.9 celebrates its fifth birthday today. With a regular audience of around 200,000, it works as a catalyst for the hundreds of small black businesses struggling to find an appropriate platform to display their wares.
